Application Technique
Ensure all aggregate is clean, dry and free from quarry dust.
Mixing method: Coverage: 0.5m-1m per liter. Mix the binder with the stones using a paddle mixer, apply to the desired surface. Leave to dry for 24 hours at 20°C.
Pour Method: Coverage: 1m per litre. Use a watering can to pour the bonding agent onto the desired surface. Leave to dry for 24 hours at 20°C.
Spray method: Coverage: 2m per litre. Use a pneumatic garden sprayer to apply the bonding agent to the desired surface. Leave to dry for 24 hours at 20°C.
Second coat / Refresh coat: Up to 25m using the spray method.

Application Thickness:
Recommended stone size: 3-10 mm, available in our shop (smaller stone size = stronger bond).
Recommended minimum aggregate depth: up to 20 mm.

Finishing The Application:
You can spread/smooth the stones in place using a trowel or putty knife – this will help distribute the PremRes Stone and Decorative Bark Adhesive throughout the aggregate mixture

Maintenance:
Sweep regularly to remove dirt and sand from the surface.
Spills and stains should be wiped up as quickly as possible, without allowing them to dry (do not use pressure washers).
If signs of wear appear, a maintenance layer can be applied.
Clean and thoroughly dry the area you wish to treat.
Apply a single, thin layer that will blend with the previous layers.

Performance Guidelines:
The desired amount of product usage will vary depending on the condition and quality of your asphalt surface. Typically the product will cover around 4m² per litre for both layers combined, meaning a 5L container will cover up to 20m².

Surface Preparation:
Prepare the area by removing loose debris. Make sure you have the appropriate protection, such as gloves, safety glasses, face mask.
Use PremRes Pro Multi-Purpose Cleaner to clean 4-5 days in advance.
Make sure the surface is dry before applying. Make sure there is no rain in the forecast.

Application Technique
Always apply two coats using a standard paint roller for optimal results. For a flawless, natural finish:

Apply the first coat in a vertical direction (from north to south).
Apply the second coat in a horizontal direction (east to west).
The first coat should be dry to the touch in approximately one hour before applying the second coat.
Allow the surface to dry completely for 24 hours before allowing traffic on the asphalt surface.

Required tools:
Standard paint roller 25-30 cm wide. Use a short-haired roller for application.
You can use a longer bristle roller to smooth out any surface pools or debris if necessary.

Surface Preparation:
Prepare the area by removing loose debris.
Before use, test the product on a small, inconspicuous area of ​​the surface you wish to clean. Allow it to dry completely and evaluate the results to determine which dilution gives the best result:
Dilute 1:5 in cold water for lightly soiled surfaces.
Dilute 1:1 in cold water for heavily soiled surfaces.

Application Technique
It is best to apply the diluted solution to a previously moistened surface. Leave for 10-15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.
Leave for 4-5 days for the solution to remove all impurities.

Application Technique
Use a garden sprayer or watering can to dilute the product at a ratio of 1 part product to 5 parts water. Mix thoroughly and apply at a maximum rate of 5m² per litre. Apply a generous coat evenly to the surface using a sweeping motion. A second coat may be necessary to achieve full coverage. Allow the solution to soak in and dry completely - DO NOT RINSE!
Green algae will disappear within a few days and will remain for up to 12 months, after which re-application may be necessary. Avoid using the product if rain is predicted.
